Tonight we bring you PeaceOholics-"People addicted to Peace". If you live in the DC area you may have seen them on the local TV news programs as well as heard them on the local radio stations.
As stated on their website:
"Peaceoholics was established to enhance the academic and social development of at-risk youth and their families. To assist in the reduction of truancy, and violence but to increase common respect, literacy and self-worth amongst our youth and communities.With your help and support we can have a greater impact within the community. Having the proper resources to fund proof positive programs that enable our youth the opportunities to engage in world travels, college tours, youth empowerment seminars, counseling, and a host of other activities that enrich and cultivate a powerful individual and help break the mold"
