Shoe4Africa

Here's a wonderful organization doing great work for the people of Africa. Shoe4Africa collects shoes for the people of Africa. In a recent study 92% of Kenyan's children that were tested had hookworm. hookworms enter through exposed feet.

As stated on their website:

Empowerment, Health, and Aids Awareness. A simple concept; taking excess shoes, taking them over to Africa, and making change. That was the seed, but the mushroom became community events with a platform for educating health awareness, dramatically changing lives for the better, and putting smiles on the faces of many. But it all began in 1995 with a single pair of shoes being given away...
